"I'm sorry, I don't think I quite understand." You muttered in shock, your cousin Oliver sat with an intense look on his face,

"You are an Alexander, we need you to secure our place with in the four families." He says again, you chuckle dryly,

"Is this your idea of fun? Going to random single women's houses and asking them to marry your vampire boss?" You stared at the remaining wine in your glass,

"Usually we don't tell people, but after the previous bride we've decided to be upfront. How about you come with me to the manor and you can decide after meeting Walter?" He asks and you rub your temples,

"Do you realize how crazy you sound?" You ask

"Do you realize the position you're in?" He retorts, you take a sharp breath, he had you there, your family had been estranged from the Alexander's and moved to America to flee because your great-grandmother refused to give up her only girl, you had grown up with fairytale like stories of the horror that awaits Alexander brides,

You sighed, your father was dying and at the current moment they couldn't afford the treatment that would save his life but if you, the only Alexander girl, married this man it would save him.

"I want it in writing, if I marry this son of a bitch I want a contract saying my family will be re-instated into the Alexander fortune and business equally." You say, your eyes boring into Oliver's, he simply nods and extends his hand, you shake.

A grin spreads across his face,

"There's a plane for tomarrow, I will email you the ticket, don't worry about packing anything but what's needed we will hire someone to bring your things." He says and you nod,

"I'll see you tomarrow, cousin." You say,

"Indeed, savior." He says with a small bow,

Your mind is running through questions as you get in your beat up car, you drive to your parents home and knock on the door, your father answers he seems to be getting more and more frail by the week,

"We need to talk, where's mom?" You ask and if on cue your mother walks into the room,

"Oh my love, what a wonderful surprise!" She says before pulling you into a hug,

"What's wrong?" Your father asks and you sigh, you walk over and sit on the couch and motion for your parents to join you in their recliners,

"I'm marrying Walter De Ville and in return our family will be reinstated, I asked for that part of the agreement to be in writing so they can't screw us over." You say, your mothers hand shoots up to cover her mouth and your father gets a distant look on his face,

"Darling, please." Your mother whispers,

"I've made my decision, we can't keep living like this, mom you're in your forties with no plans to retire and dad with your medical bills you'll go bankrupt, I know that you've taken a second mortgage on the house to afford dads medicine, I can't just watch you waste away and work yourselves to death knowing that I can do something." You say as tears spill down your cheeks, your father grips your mothers hand as he tears up,

"What did we do to get a daughter so amazing?" He asks and you smile weakly,

"You didn't get an amazing daughter, you got a selfish daughter who isn't ready to loose her dad." You say as your father stands and pulls you and your mother into a tight hug,

"If you're sure about this I won't stop you, you're an adult and can make your own decisions, all I ask is that we are there to watch you get married." He says and you nod,

"I'll talk to Oliver about it, I do have to go and start packing, I want everything in boxes so no one snoops in my stuff." You say as you gather your things to leave, you hug your parents one more time and reassure them before leaving and making your way to Walmart to grab some big packing boxes. You decide to also get yourself some food before heading home.

"Alright, I got a fuckton of boxes, tape, and enough caffeine to power a small village." You say to yourself as you start packing your little stuff first, you put your onesies and pacis into a box, wondering about how this would work,

You had began using age regression as a coping mechanism in your teens, your childhood wasn't great your parents both worked so much you hardly ever saw them, it was normal for you to be left home alone for days at a time, you had just now in your adult years really started forming a relationship with them,

You wondered about how your Littlespace would affect your new life, you weren't going to stop doing it but you also wanting things to be as amicable as possible, you sighed as you taped up the first box,

Only a fuck ton more to go,

Within a few hours you had everything packed and stacked in boxes that were neatly labeled in your living room, you had also set some donation boxes and decided you wanted all non decorative furniture donated, you you had "Keep" and "go" visible on what you did and didn't want, you figured all else fails you wouldn't need the furniture if you were dead or if you lived in a rich persons house,

You sat on the floor and turned on your tv to some cartoons, you figured you'd have one last night of being little before you got married,

You ate your dinner quietly until your phone rang causing you to jump, you answered it

"Hello?" You asked

"Hello (Yourname), this is your great-uncle, I just wanted to let you know we will be sitting down and reviewing the contract with our family and Mr. De Ville shortly after your arrival." He said, his voice posit and deep,

"Yes sir, that sounds perfect to me." You answer as you chew on your lip,

"Oliver will be picking you up and assisting you here, oh and welcome back to the family." He said before you could hear the click of the line going dead, you sighed and pulled your knees up to your chest, it felt like you were walking into the lions den.
