After the fall of the Federation, the old ruins were split into three pieces, The New Federation, The Commonwealth of Free Systems, and the New Empire. The New Empire was the largest in mass and military power, conquering the other two.

Admiral Ka'Zock was on the bridge sitting in his officer, then a man entered his office,
"Admiral!" Director T'zar said,
"Yes?" Ka'Zock asked,
"the weapon is completed." T'zar said, Ka'Zock got up from his chair,
"Perfect, show me." Ka'Zock said following T'zar, they got in a shuttle which led to the former region of The Commonwealth of Free Systems, where the Quasar was, it was massive, it was the shape of a star, it was roughly the size of mars, with a pyramid type antenna sticking out to resemble the laser on the center, and five other dish points on the points of the star.
"have you informed Prime Emperor Kalklos about the completion of the project?" Ka'Zock asked, T'zar shook his head, "Alright, I'll inform Prime Emperor Kalklos and you inform General Vokara Che." Ka'Zock said, T'zar saluted then ran off.

General Vokara Che was in her office, she had a scar on her right shoulder, her flagship, the shedsmal got struck by parts of the Frightscal after it was destroyed, she barely got out in an escape pod, and after three days of no food or water, she was found by one Tornado Class Battleship. where she was rescued and reranked to General. Che was sitting in her office meditating when she heard the door open,
"Yes?" She asked,
"General!" T'zar said saluting,
"What is it Director?" Che asked, not turning around.
"The Quasar is completed." T'zar said,
"Good." Che said still not turning around. "You are dismissed." she said, T'zar saluted than ran off.

On Ansmo, where Prime Emperor Kalklos was, Ka'Zock entered Kalklos's temporary throne room,
"What is it Admiral?" Kalklos said not even facing Ka'Zock's direction yet still able to tell who it was,
"The Quasar, it's finished." Ka'Zock said bowing down,
"Good, Good, now the Republic will be crushed and we will make, 'Peace'. in the Galaxy." Kalklos said, "Now Leave." Kalklos said still looking out the window on his throne.
"Yes my lord." Ka'Zock said standing up and walking out of the office.
