I was chilling with my friends and shit we were playing the game when my sister came down the stairs rushing we all looked at her confused on what was going on I stood up

I rushed out the door behind her and we all got in the car India drove down to the police station and got out meeting up with Dave I got out as well walking up to them confused

Dave:Her dumbass got locked up for street fighting and running a red light the girl she fought in the hospital fighting for her life

She had teary eyes but she did what I told her and got in her brothers car they drove off and I got in my sisters car with a mug on my face the whole ride after dropping them off we got back to the house and I got out the car going in the house I cleaned the living room and was about to walk up the stairs when my sister called my name

India:I understand y'all don't wanna see her in trouble but put yourself in her shoes she had a lot going on from her mom coming back in her life beefing with her brother,beefing with me and momma people wanting to fight her on top of keeping her grades and having time for hobbies she has a lot going on yea she making mistakes but stop going off on her cause it's not gonna help
I nodded and walked up the steps going into my room I had to go to work so I was getting ready for that
Few minutes later my phone ringed and I answered without looking at the caller Id I heard shuffling and a voice

Asia- I'm just trying to make sure you stay out of trouble but maybe I'm overdoing it alittle bit

The phone hung up and I sighed Angie was going back to New York for the summer and won't be back till school starts and when she does her schools will be getting switch and she'll be with her mom most of the time and hang at her brothers on the weekend
I was going to Cali to be with my cousins and friends them for the summer my mom and sister will be there too so I had something to keep my mind occupied and off of her as well too a good 2 months apart she was not only going to be in New York but other places too
I walked downstairs and grabbed my keys getting in my car I pulled out the driveway and drove to her brother house about 20 minutes later I arrived and seen only her car outside I got out the car and locked it going up to the door I got the spare out the light shit bs the door and walked inside
I heard movement in the kitchen and walked in there seeing her cooking humming a song I walked behind her and grabbed her waist she froze and turn around she smiled hugging me I lift her up and we kissed a couple of times I put her down
Angie:Whatchu doin hea?
Me:came to see you before we part ways for this long ass period of time why you in the house by yourself
Angie:They went to make a few runs and stuff so I decided to stay and cook cause I was packed and finished my errands

Angie:Alfredo, grilled corn , fried lobster and for dessert red velvet cupcakes
Me:ouuu that sound good
I walked to the couch and sat down turning on the tv and picking a movie soon she came with 2 plates and sat down handing one to me I took it thanking her and we chilled and ate our food
