your pov
i was chillin with ty in my hand when kiri came into my room
"we're staying the night at my place" he said and i just looked at him
"we're what" i asked as ty licked his eye
"staying at my place for tonight...or a few until its time for you to leave" he said and i smiled
"mkay love let me pack some things" i said putting ty in his cage
"im already ahead of you. you have everything you need over there. all we need is me and you" he said and i held up our pets
"them too" he said and i smiled. we put nightfall in his cat carrier, ty in his travel case and headed off. i stopped by panda to get something to eat while kiri sat in the car
kir's pov
im happy y/n loves her pets. i think we're closer this year more than we were last year or the years before, even as friends. i looked in the back seat to see nightfall was laying in the seat and tyr- wheres tyrone?
"oh shit" i said to myself. i looked in the backseat and couldnt find him anywhere then i shook nightfall to see if he ate him
"merow" he said (cats sound more like that to me more than meow you know) before falling back asleep
"oh god y/ns gonna-"

your pov
"im gonna what/" i asked as i got in the car. kiri looked really worried and just looked at me
"whats wrong" i asked
"wheres ty?" he asked and i opened my coat
"right here on my shirt" i said and he sighed
"oh god that scared me. i was scared nightfall ate him" he said as i pulled off and i shook my head
"no. he tried to get out the cage so i let him crawl on me" i said and he nodded
"can i hold him" he asked
"yea they're our pets" i told him passing him the lizard. he held him and then said ow
"whats wrong?" i asked and he showed me his finger
"he bit my finger" he said giving ty back to me
'aww baby im sorry" i said
"im the one who bought you" he said to the lizard and i looked at him
"i-i didnt mean it like that" he said and i nodded
"mmm hmm" i said as we pulled up to his moms house. i grabbed the cat while kiri grabbed our bags. he tried to fight with me that he could grab the cat too but i shook my head
"no you cant" i told him and his moms ran out and hugged him
"OUR BABYYYY" they yelled and hugged him. i just stood back and smiled as momma brought kiri inside the house
"hi" i said and momma dukes looked at me and looked around the car
"hello nice to meet you. have you seen our daughter y/n? shes like 5 foot 7 inches tall. nice brown/dark skin?" she asked and i smiled
"im y/n momma dukes" i said and her jaw dropped
"wait a minute" she said pulling out measuring tape that i dont know where it came from and measured me
"5'7...nice skin..." she said and she looked at me
"AWWW Y/N IM SORRY HIIII" she said hugging me and pulling me inside
