Poem Challenge

So this is my lame attempt at a challenge by Riversong.

I'm wet, falling towards the ground

Dropping from the blue because I couldn't be held in

The blue burst, spilling me out and hurtling me down

But I'm not alone, no not at all

There are countless of us

All different and unique

Wherever I land I'll shatter and water will be released

It's a downpour of water

Drenching the ground and I'm lost in the thrall of the falling liquid

You may think I'm a raindrop

But really I'm a tear

Falling from a blue eye because emotions pushed me out

There are many of us, many tears

I don't know how long we'll be falling but I hope it ends soon

I wish I was a raindrop

The challenge was to write a poem that made you think it was one thing, but then at the end was actually something different.
