We are in the hall right where the clock was and Steve and Dustin were behind us and Robin and Nancy
"It was here." Max saids
"Right here!" I insist
"A grandfather clock?" Nancy asks
"Yes, a goddamn clock" I remark
"It was so real" max saids "And then, when we got closer, suddenly we just..."
"We woke up"
"It was like they were in a trance or something, Exactly what Eddie said happened to Chrissy." Dustin saids and we turn around to them
"That's not even the bad part." Max saids
We now find ourselves in Miss. Kelly's office "Fred and Chrissy, they both came to Miss. Kelly for help. Uh, they both were having headaches, bad headaches that wouldn't go away. And then... then the nightmares"
"Trouble sleeping. They'd wake up in a cold sweat. Then they started seeing things" I say "Bad things"
"From their past" Max saids "These visions, they just... they kept on getting worse and worse, until eventually. Everything ended."
"Vecna's curse" Robin said
"Chrissy's headache started a week ago. Fred's, six days ago. I've been having them for five days." Max saids to which everyone then turns to me
"2...months" I say in disbelief with myself " I don't know how long we have."
"All we know is that, for Fred and Chrissy, they both died less than 24 hours after their first vision. And we just saw that goddamn clock, so...looks like we or one of us is gonna die tomorrow...I mean you said you've been having headaches so have you had visions before?" Max asks
"Not of the clock, I mean of other things yeah, and I swear I've heard the clock before but this is my first time seeing it" I say and she nods, we all then hear a clang in the distance
"Stay here" Steve saids and walks to the door. About to walk out he grabs a lamp and walks into the hallway to which I run after him "I said to stay there" He saids looking at when I put a hand on his shoulder.
"You're not the one with powers" I say then we continue to walk down the hall and I notice the rest of the group walk up behind us
We hear running and Steve gets ready to swing as a shadow then turns the corner and everyone starts to yell...then I see that it's Lucas
"It's me!" Lucas exclaims and puts his hands up
"Lucas?" I ask shining a light in his face
"It's me"
"Jesus, what's wrong with you Sinclair" Steve yells
"I'm sorry"
"I could've taken you out with this lamp!"
"Sorry, guys. Sorry." Lucas saids and Steve throws the lamp on the ground "I was....I was biking for eight miles." He puts his index finger up as he pants "Give me a second. Shit....We've got a code red."
"What?" I ask to which Lucas then walks over to Dustin
"Dustin... I've been with Jason, Patrick, and Andy, and they've gone totally off the rails. They're trying to capture Eddie, and they think you know where he is. You're in terrible danger."
"All right. Yeah, that definitely sucks, but we've got bigger problems than Jason right now." Dustin says then looks at Max to which Lucas does to. And looks confused
We are now in Nancy and Mikes basement reading the Article Nancy and Robin found
"Okay, be honest, uh... you Guys understand any of this?" Steve asks walking back and forth beside where I am sitting
