THE TRAINING CENTRE MAKES THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS LOOK LIKE ANTS. It's completely new, as Antonia eagerly tells them, who says that no expense has been spared. She goes on about the various scandals that usually come with its creation: the money that vanishes, the squabbles over the themes, and so on. They rebuild it every year, so no tributes will ever use the same one twice. The tower is the part that seems to touch the sky, and has been designed solely with tributes and mentors in mind.
