Due to the increase of the victims of cyber bullying,a law maker has made an measurable law that provides penalties to those people who is found doing any act of cyber bullying or any harassment over the Internet.said to the republic act. No.10627 also known as anti-bullying act of 2013.this law was mainly formed to address the people who suffered mental or psychological anguish from worsening cyber bully acts.
Any person found guilty will be detained for 12 years of imprisonment and a fine ranging between p30.000 to p50.000 that might be imposed to the court
