People thought the world was ending

The fever was everywhere

No escape

No one to save you

Hundreds dying everywhere

Family abandoning family

People fleeing with fear

Yellow rags tied to doors

The dead count rising higher

You can only hope for one thing...

Frost

**************************************************************************************************************

Just in case you were wondering, frost kills fever, so thats why I put it in there.

Also, this poem is based on the book "Fever 1793" by: Laurie Halse Anderson. (really great book)

Hope u liked it!!! =)
