Purple lilac, withered wildflower on the tabletop
A brand new hair dye she just bought at the corner shop
She needed change!
No more endless shifts listening to boring bands
And fuck all these men who tried to make her work supplement hours
And give to the boys she works with much more money than her
Denim jeans, satin dress thrown over the bedroom floor
Pizza night with friends in comfy PJ's
Going to the club, getting pretty for others, being drunk
What for?
When you have everything at home
Watching HSM on your telephone

Denim jeans, Satin dress
