FRED POV

I woke up feeling a cold hand slightly shaking my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see Serena towering over me, smiling.

"I can walk!"

"Really?" I tried to sound surprised.

"Yeah! And," she put a bacon close to my nose so I could smell it, "I made breakfast."

I grabbed her hand and put the bacon at my mouth so I could eat it.

She laughed.

Wow. I have never felt so happy hearing someone else's laugh. It was like an angel was here with me.

No. No, Fred, you do not like her like that.

After I ate the delicious bacon, I turned back around to face the wall. "It's only sunrise! I wanna sleep."

"Okay..." I felt her get off the bed, "I guess George will be eating all of the strawberry chocolate sandwiches I made."

I immediately got up. "How did you know that those are my favorite?"

She shrugged. "A great cook doesn't reveal her secrets."

I got up. "Wait. You cooked it? Like, actually?"

"Yeah. This morning, I hope you don't mind, I used some of the things in your kitchen and made some food. I was cooking just for you," she smiled.

Just for you? What does she mean by that?

"Hey, Fred!" George yelled from the kitchen. "It's delicious!"

She giggled and went to the kitchen counter to sit next to George.

I sat next to her and tried it. "Mmmm."

"I know right! Serena, I might just steal you to be my wife."

They laughed, but when George saw my death glare, he stopped. "Anyways, the food is great."

"I'm glad."

"You ate?" I asked her when she was getting out of the stool.

"No."

"Why?"

"Because."

"Because why?"

"I have my reasons."

"Just tell me."

She looked at me.

"Pleaseeeee!" I begged her.

"idontwanttogetfat"

"What was that? I couldn't hear you."

"I don't want to get fat."

"What?" George yelled. "Who ever told you that? You were and still are the most beautiful and hot," I gave him another side glare, "in Hogwarts!"

"Who told you that you were fat?" I asked.

"My father said I shouldn't eat a lot. I've been gaining weight."

"He isn't here," George said handing her the sandwich.

I nodded. "Come on, eat this! You did make it. Great chefs eat their own food."

She sighed and got back on the stool. "I guess you're right." She took a bite. "Wow. That is good!"

We all laughed and continued eating.
