It all started six years ago on a school trip to Oscorp Industries where I was bitten by a radioactive spider which granted me my powers and abilities that I now have.
When I first decided to become Spiderman it wasn't to be a hero or to use my new gifts for good. It was to avenge my uncle who was slain in a robbery.

I never could find the guy who killed my uncle, but maybe that was for the best because I don't want to know what I would have done if I did catch him.
My Uncle Ben had a saying 'With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility' and it is this saying that I try to live by as I became New York's Hero Spiderman, but also as Peter Parker with my company Parker Industries and it's my hope that I have made my Uncle proud.

"Haaa." After the sunlight from my apartment window hits my face I wake up with a yawn before groaning in pain from the purple bruise that covers my my right side rib cage, a bruise I got from taking down a drug deal last night.
'Stupid Drug Dealers' I thought as I got out of bed before I walked into my bathroom and brushed my teeth before washing my face and hopping in the shower which completed my morning routine.
