Bucky x y/n

Steve's pov

Nat had been going on all night about how her and Wanda were trying to get    y/n and Bucky together. I hostly didn't think it was gonna happen tho.

Y/n didn't really like Bucky and they fought all the time.

"Hey nat I have a question about somethings" we were both in my room getting ready for the day

"Ya what's up?" She come out of the bathroom facing me. I was sitting on my bed.

"So about y/n and Bucky..."

"Oh I know! They got in a fight again can you believe it! I really thought they'd sleep together" she shakes her head

"Ya umm...Honey about that. Do you really think they're a good idea? I mean they fight all the time, and last night?"

"Babe they only fought last night because y/n misread something. I think if they actually tried then they could make a good power couple. Trust me once they get over this stupid fighting thing they have going on they'll be good for each other."

"Maybe you're right"

"Of course I'm right. When am i not?" We laugh and continue to get ready.

A few hours later I looked around for Bucky.

"Hey Bucky!" I ran down the hall to catch up to him

"Hey what's up?"

"So you know how I said I'd talk to nat about y/n?"

"Oh um ya"

"Ok well apparently she misread something you said? Or was overthinking I don't know but I thought you should try and talk to y/n."

"You don't think I have!"

"Without yelling or getting mad buck!"

"What do you mean!"

"You and I both know that with the wrong things said you guys would be yelling... listen all I ask is for you to ask her what's wrong and Listen to her."

"... fine. Gosh when were you the one giving ME advice." I laugh as we get to the kitchen

He just laughs back and we part ways

Buckys pov

I thought about what Steve had said and decided to talk to y/n. I was about to go to her room when FRIDAY had called everyone to the meeting room.

"Ok so I know this wasn't planned and its Saturday but we are all going to a conference." Tony had said as we all groaned.

"Ya ya l know but it's important so go get ready and meet me by the cars"

We all leave to get ready

"Y/n!" I run up to her side

"Hm?" I'm surprised she isn't being more mean or rolling her eyes

"I just- I wanna talk about last night I think-"

"It's fine Barnes I was being dramatic and I'm- im sorry for you know telling you I didn't like you because... I don't know never mind"

I smile" what do you mean"

"Nothing it's nothing really"

"No finish what you were gonna say!"

"I wasn't gonna say anything else!"

"Yes you were" I laugh

She also laugh. I had never really seen her smile and let me just say in that moment I would've done anything to see her do it again

She looks at me and smiles again

"What" I ask

"Nothing. You just have a nice smile" she
Said blushing as she looked down

I laugh and we both part ways to our rooms. I hoped that wasn't the only good encounter we have

Y/ns pov

I close my door and my jaw dropped. WHAT WAS THAT!! I've never talked with him that way and and I complemented him!! What's wrong with me.

I got dressed and everyone met by the big van Tony had got so we could all fit in one car. I sat by nat and Wanda and we left.

We were all sitting and I got sat next to Bucky. Nat on my other side. We were listening to so many boring things and I could have died then and there.

I decided to go to the 'bathroom' but ended up just roaming the halls

As I was getting a snack from the vending machine I saw two guy dressed in all black. They had backpacks and one was yelling at the other guy to move his ass faster.

"Hey!" They both look at me and freeze

"Whatcha doin" they both look at each other and then start running away. I went to go after them but as I was about to there an explosion and then it was black...

Ok for my first story I feel like it's doing ok I think. But I also think it's kinda corny so sorry about that. I think I'm gonna do another story and hopefully it's better than this one. Anyways if your still reading thank you sm🤗
