There are many facts regarding this series.
1. Since Precure All Stars is made canon back in 2018, all seasons set in the same universe.
2. The Cures who represented the said Precure Season is called as "(Name of the Precure Season) Cure" upon joining the Mashup Team. (Eg. Yui Nagomi/Cure Precious is called as "Delicious Party Cure")
3. Almost all Cures retain their personalities from their own shows. The Cure who is mostly hated by fans will change to become more likeable. Special mention goes to Kurumi Mimino/Milky Rose and Aguri Madoka/Cure Ace.
4. The Precure Seasons are treated as either "a Group" or merely "a Type of Precure".
5. All Pretty Cures must have individual transformations, even to someone who didn't normally transform without a partner. (Eg. Mirai Asahina/Cure Miracle can now transform without the need of her partner, Riko Izayoi/Cure Magical)
6. Most duos/trios within the season (eg. Nagisa x Honoka, Love x Miki x Inori) aren't close anymore to a certain degree. However, they can still interact with each other although rarely.
7. If you see a story with a duo/trio formed from Mashup Team, their bonds might have based from any Canon Duos/Trios. (Eg. Komachi, Ichika, and Setsuna's [The Precure Harmonic Team protagonists] bond might have based from the Hugtto Trio's [Hana, Saaya, and Homare])
8. Some Pink Cures aren't the leads of the Mashup Group. Special mention to Non-Pink Mashup Group Protagonist goes to Cure Melody, Cure Heart, Cure Precious, etc.
