Pokémon the Blue Blurr: Robotnik's Revenge

Chapter 7

After Sonic and Tails managed to get to their room in the Uqxazi hotel, they both sat down.

"Wow, didn't know you were that epic at dancing!" Tails comments

"Stick with me, pal! The world can be a scary place but I know everything about this pale blue dot." Sonic stated

Tails stood up and asks, "Do you really mean that?"

"Well, not everything everything, but I do watch a lot of Discovery Channel-" Sonic starts

"I meant about me being your pal." Tails comments

"Of course, bud." Sonic responds with a smile

Then, Tails hugged Sonic before sighing,

"Whoa, comin in hot!" Sonic comments with a light hearted chuckle

"Growing up, I didn't have a lot of friends." Tails comments. "Most people in my home village thought me having only two tails instead of the usual five or six was weird."

"Hey, I know that feeling." Sonic comments

"But then I saw you. The fastest creature in the galaxy!" Tails stated. "You were weird too! You were a LEGEND. That made me think maybe being weird isn't so bad. You inspired me to leave my planet, to find you and help you in your mission."

"Well, i'm glad you're here, Tails." Sonic comments

"I'm glad i'm here, too, Sonic." Tails responds before they yawn

"Might as well get some sleep, we should be able to get clear readings on your gizmo when the storm is over so I-" Sonic starts before seeing Tails passed out and gently tucking the blanket over him. "Night, bud."

The next morning, Tails was flying and he was also carrying Sonic. Ash, Bonnie, Clemont, Serena, and Pikachu however were on the back of Ash's Noivern.

"Hoo hoo! Today's forecast calls for clear sunny skies and a 100% chance of adventure!" Sonic comments

Tails's device beeped.

"I've pinpointed the coordinates!" Tails states. "It's just up ahead!"

Then, they landed in a cave in the mountains. They found a massive owl door soon after.

"Okay...we got a giant owl door." Sonic states. "Seems encouraging."

When walking through the door, they found a wall that had inscriptions on it.

"Can you translate that?" Sonic asks

"Uh...yeah. Ages ago, a group of fearsome warriors of Sandslash forged the 7 Chaos Emeralds into the most unstoppable weapon ever created." Tails translates

"The Master Emerald...." Sonic comments

"With it, a single warrior could defeat entire armies. Believing no such person should have that much power, a group heroes recovered the emerald and swore to protect it from evil." Tails translated. "Sounds like the owls and Sandslash have been fighting each other for centuries."

"Like Vin Diesel and The Rock." Sonic comments before following Tails. "Hey, wait for me!"

They found a giant statue of an owl Faunus.

"Okay...giant owl door, giant owl statue, makes sense." Ash comments

Sonic looked at the statue before noticing the symbols at the base of the statue and said, "Wait, i've seen these symbols before."

Sonic pulled out his map and realized the symbols were puzzles. So, he used the map to input the solution and the statue began moving and it's eyes emit a bright green light.
