Hayley Tang wanted to be able to bond with children. She had a strong love for kids but she felt like she didn't understand them well. Camp Minnehaha was a great opportunity for her to branch out to young ones and even make some life-long friends with the other counselors.
It was just a summer camp. What could possibly go wrong?
RULES!
one. be kind. just be nice. there's nothing wring with being nice. please respect me & other people. if your oc doesn't end up getting chosen, please continue to stay sane.
two. please be diverse with your characters in any way possible ! example: race, gender, sexuality, size, ethnicity, accent, etc.
three. please use unproblematic actors as faceclaims ! yes, i only allow actors :0 bc i want to be able to see your oc in some type of action scene !
for the ages, all counselors ages should range from 16 - 18 years old (10th - 12th graders) & the faceclaim should be over 17 years old to play that role.
as for campers, they can be from age 10 - 14 (5th - 8th graders) & the faceclaim should be currently older than 13.
four. i do not except any problematic faceclaims like jdg & such. & like i said before PLEASE do not put some influencer like coco quinn as your faceclaim & yes ik she acts too but i mean an ACTUAL actor. not a brat tv actor (but yeah, jules leblanc is an exception)
five. you are allowed to apply up to three times ! but, you have to at least apply with one camper & one counselor in 2 out of the 3 times.
six. have lots of fun ! be crazy with your character :)) the password is your favorite character from tsitp (the summer i turned pretty) & to post this on your mb <3

i wanted to meake this as an opportunity for those who didn't make it into alice <3 & just so more people are able to apply & there are more spots to fill.
applications close around september so you have ALOT of time. i might even postpone if to thanksgiving break idk who knows how busy i'll be during the school year ...
