chapter 9: little fox

The pizzeria had started to open, Henry went to check on the boys in the backroom to see if they were asleep and of course, there was one that wasn't asleep and it was Foxy, he was by the door waiting to be let out and go to his cove to get ready for work, Henry let out a sigh and pick up the toddler fox and put him back to bed but of course, Foxy wasn't going down without a fight and was making a loud noise

Henry: Foxy, you need to go back to sleep and be quiet before you wake up-

but before Henry could finish his sentence a tiny cry began and they turned their heads to the crying cub who was awoken by the loud noise and was now fussy and also needed a diaper change. 

Henry: never mind he's awake.

Henry said as he went to Goldie, pick him up,  changed his diaper, and place him on Foxy's lap, the little fox was confused but held the cub in his paws scared out of his wits and not sure how to do this

Foxy: umm Mr.manager, why did you put Goldie on my lap?

Henry: you will be taking care of him from now on and can I see the piece of paper that Freddy gave you when you first arrived here?

the male asked  and the little fox gave Henry the paper that Freddy had given him, he read it for a bit with a look of disappointment when he finished reading it and soon riped it into shreds, the little fox was shocked and he nearly burst out in tears seeing his orders were turned to a little shred of a piece of a little of paper now, which Henry noticed 

Henry: there you don't need to follow that rule anymore Foxy, now don't cry.

he said and Foxy tried to hold back the tears to be strong but, couldn't Henry cuddles the crying fox after taking  Goldie out of his paws, Henry cuddles with them both until Foxy fell asleep from crying, he put Foxy back under the covers while holding the cub with one hand once that was done, Henry went to the rocking chair and rocked while singing a song to soothe the cub back to sleep Goldie rub his eyes and yawn, Henry let out a little chuckle before placing the pacifier in his mouth the cub closed his eyes and went back to sleep in his manager's arms. 

Henry's mind: aw he fell asleep it's a bit nice to hold a baby again it's been so long since I held one

Henry thought since it has been a while, as Henry places the sleeping cub and put Goldie back into his crib covered him up with the blanket and place the crib's gate up, and closed the door gently behind him with a smile on his face, and to add extra comfort if Goldie wakes up, a stuffed animal in the sleeping cub's arms to hug time has passed now to 12 o'clock the bell chime it woke up Foxy and Goldie, the little fox got out of bed and went to the crying cub's crib, put down the gate the best he could and carried the crying cub to the rocking chair to calm him down while singing a lullaby the cub wiped his eyes and a look on his face.

Foxy: why are you looking at me like that?

the toddler fox asked as Goldie squirms wanting down and wanting to try to walk which Foxy noticed and put the cub down on the floor gently, Goldie got on his 2 feet and try to walk on his own again the fox let out a sigh but watch a bit to see if he could walk all on his own w/out help from a grown-up, the little cub took his first step before falling all over again and the cub tried to hold back his tears but couldn't and cried with his head down on the floor, Foxy comes to his aid and gently picks him up 

Foxy: you okay, Goldie? come here no need to cry-.

before the fox could finish his sentence the door swung open by who? but, Freddy Fazbear himself, went to the crying cub to pick him up and cradle him to calm down.
