DAY 15:
Make a healthy meal plan for the week and stick to it. After all, healthy body, healthy mind. Or try to avoid as much junk food as you can for the upcoming week.

Pro tip: If you have to eat something, instead of munching up the entire thing, put some in your bowl. Use the same bowl (reference size) everytime you have urge to eat junk.
