Before the last episode, every villain had a sad back story that made you pity them. Their parents or someone did something to them that just crushed them and made the who they are. THEN CAME CRUELLA. Instead of being a good little girl she "plunged into the darkness" of something like that. She killed her 3 dads and her mother whom was trying to help her.
Like when I watched Regina's back story I was like "Omg, she's not really all that bad" and I felt bad about how I absolutely hated her. After watching Cruella's back story I was all like "SHE DESERVED TO DIE!"
