Its all happened when y/n was in coma. And the cause of it was----

Also with how her head banged to the floor bcs she slip ?😭😭
Yea thats how she faint and lost a lot of blood on her head part :)

The next, next chap was just an imaginary/illusion created by y/n when she was in coma..?

And it could be the regret y/n has of not finishing one piece story ? And the regret of being a failure for her family << her dad(Taesung)
