So the time has come, Liz walked into my room and I need to tell her. She grabbed my hand "y/n, this feels like the hundred time I've told you that I regret and actually realise what I almost lost. I'm tired of being a asshole cuz you deserve the world, and I love you y/n! I want all of you, for ever. And this time I promise I'll never let go. If you'll have me?" Lizzie said shedding a few tears "Lizzie, I want all of it with you, but I need to tell you something.. this might make you leave" I warned her, she looked confused and nodded slowly "scar is pregnant and it's mine" I said looking down "oh, wow.." she said wide eyed "are you okay?" I asked "uh yeah, I just.. wow" "please liz, tell me how you feel" I said cupping her face "I feel happy for you, and that we'll be fine" she said smiling "I'm going to be a mom" I said letting out a relived breath and hugged her "your going to be a great one, and when the time comes we'll have our own" she said kissing my forehead
So me and Lizzie are getting back together, I'm going to be a mom, and since I was in a coma for so long my body has healed pretty much so I can leave the hospital soon.

I were on my way to the hospital exit with Lizzie and we saw scar sitting in her car with Cosmo and Rose waiting for us "y/n!" The two kids yelled excited "we are going to have a little sibling!" Rose said, while Cosmo was laughing. Both of them has grown so much
We drove to my house and had a little party there with only us five of us, or should I say six;)
