This is a couplet, it's about the colours of valentines day *REDAND WHITE*, Red could be for love at thesame time hate. White on d other hand could mean purity or peace.
The red which could be love or hate is now used as a blem, meaning a stain and the white remains purity.
So in this couplet....
A guy says to a girl, ''let my blem stain your heart'', Simply saying ''be my val''.
If she says yes, then the blem becomes love. He would love her, and her white would become purity. Which should unite both his love and hers #valentine.
But if she says no/refuses to be his val, then his red becomes hate, so her white would have to become peace and calm him down..
