I sit on the bench before picking up the 80 pound Dumbbell
"Ready go" Maria yells
I watch myself in the mirror while lifting the Dumbbells my muscles flexing with each lift
I got up around 3:30 this morning to work out since I do have work today but not until seven Rosalina hasn't tried talking to me since yesterday I'm starting to feel like she just doesn't care.
"Oh your feeling extra cocky today" Maria says with her hands on her knees watching me as I get up and add another 30 pounds to the Dumbbells
"I'm working my anger off" i grunt as I move the Dumbbells up and down. My hands start to feel numb from the hand wrap Tightly around my hands making me whimper but ignore the pain and keep lifting.
"Alright evans that's enough" Maria yells but ignore her and keep lifting not caring that my blood circulation is being cut off.
"Evans" Maria warns looking at me in the mirror i Avert my eyes away from hers now looking down my my toned abs
"Sky stop your going to hurt yourself" she yells at me i roll my eyes before dropping the Dumbbells it drops with a loud thud.
"You've never done that before what's up" Maria says sitting next to me on the other bench
"I'm angry I have to get it out someway" i say having off the hands wraps
"Sky you can get your anger out like that your going to hurt yourself see" she says looking at my purple aching hands
"I'll see you the next time you come in" she says patting my shoulder before walking away
I only do boxing here and there there's no pacific date but i mostly box when I'm angry and want to let off some steam.
Breathing heavy I walk to my gym bag and pull over my phone to see it 6:00 I grab my water bottle before chugging the water down

Hours later I'm sitting at my desk finishing up a couple of emails. Once I finish I close my laptop before getting up
Looking around My office i realize how messy it is. I straighten up the pens and markers on my desk before walking behind my desk and organizing the shelves behind me.
Checking the time 5:45 I sigh in relief it's been such a long and stress day I've been dealing with rude and ignorant people all day I'm just ready to go home and hopefully cuddle with my girlfriend tonight. I stretch my arms feeling to soreness in them
it a Friday so I gather all my paper work I need to take home before getting my bag and walking to Rosalina's office
