Clay and George broke the kiss after five minutes to catch their breath "am so happy" the blond smiled which made the brunet just giggle of his boyfriend 

"Same, to be honest " George grins before he watched as Clay raised his left arm to use his thumb to wipe the brunet's cheek "how am so lucky to have a cute boyfriend"

George chuckled before placing his hand on the blond "I don't know, Also Clay so I never knew you liked boys"  which the blond just playfully rolled his eyes before sighing "I do love boys since I was twelve and uhm I had a boyfriend in middle school but we broke up"

The brunet slowly nodded before his eyes went wide when he heard 'had a boyfriend' as George looked at the blond "wait WHAT YOU HAD A BOYFRIEND!?" Clay just slowly chuckled  "yeah I did, you might know well his name is Fundy but he cheated on me so I broke up with him"

George was still shocked to know this before Clay sighed as he looked at the brunet "but uhm George can we agree before we do anything like you know, it's better for me to recover?" Clay asked

Which the brunet nodded "Yes, we can Clay we will take things slow before  you recover" George smiled as he hugged the blond "thank you-" before Clay got cut off by the door slamming open

"OH MY GODDESS CLAY YOUR AWAKE" as the brunet and blonde look at the door to see Sapnap and Karl standing there with presents

Which the blond flinched a bit before nodding "Oh my goodness really Sapnap, you almost gave me a heart attack jeez" Clay laughs as the raven walked towards the blond

"So me and our friends got you presents even, though they couldn't be here to feel you better so they bought gifts" Sapnap smiles as he points to the cart filled with wrapped gifts

Which the blond slowly let out a wheeze "Aww you guys shouldn't have since I don't deserve this" Clay feels his happiness tears rolling down his cheek which George slowly pecked the blond's cheek "yes, you do Clay since after all this and now your my beautiful boyfriend"

Sapnap and Karl just looked at them "WHAT YALL ARE DATING SINCE WHEN!?" They both yelled which George laughed "let me think about  ten minutes ago?" George grinned

"I-" the raven didn't know what to say since he was just speechless "anyways so are we gonna open those presents or what?"

Sapnap slaps himself to face reality "oh yeah KARL BRING THEM!" Clay just laughs at his friend's behavior when he noticed Karl struggling holding the gifts

"Sapnap, go help your boyfriend since he clearly struggling"

"Oh shoot, am so sorry Karl" Sapnap rushed to help his boyfriend that was struggling holding the presents  "It's ok Sapnap, it's not like you were always forgetting like you enjoy just being noisy"

George just started laughing so hard "oh my god- I was about pee myself" Clay just looked at George before the blond also  started wheezing

"Alright time to open the gifts big boy" Clay grabs the first gift and started unwrapping the gift to see a bracelet that was a green with a smiley face charm and a blob when he grabbed it slipped it on his wrist

The blond was shocked on how cute the bracelet was "I love it, who gave it to me?"  Which George just  smiled before looking at Clay  "I did, I knew how much you liked green so I made it for you"

"Thank you George, I love it" Clay smiled at his boyfriend

Time skip to after he opened all the gifts

"Damn that's a lot oh yeah, I made  a song called In the Stars for my grandma, so y'all wanna hear it?" Clay asked which they nodded before the blond grabbed the guitar as the three nod "okay"

Clay slowly looked up to his vision being blurring due of the tears  to see his lover and friends clapping even the doctor and nurses was there too when the blond just blushes in embarrassment

Before the blond rubbed his eye to take away the tears off his eyes "Clay that was a amazing dude, you can become a singer one day" Sapnap puts his arm around Clay's shoulder "true" Karl nodded in agreement

"Thanks guys, y'all mean the world to me" George just smiled at his boyfriend that was hugging his best friends like they were like brothers but not related together

Before the doctor spoke "Clay we have to talk" the doctor says the four look up "what is it doctor?" As the doctor sighs
