Me and jade sat on the concrete as we watched all of our classmates play. "A little while longer till schools over." Jade smiled. "Yep." I smiled and pushed my blonde hair over my shoulder. "What do you think of the new school work?" Jade asked "Hm..i mean it's a little shitty but I think it's fine for the most part. Although, the math papers have gotten a little more tough." I responded. Jade nodded and looked down at her note book. "I can't wait for summer." Jade smiled "Me either. We can hang out like every day!" I yelled and shoved Johnny into the fridge, which made the door close. "She was smoking with Camilla." Johnny finished. "Shut up! You are such a liar, johnny!" Janet threw a book at johnny. "Mum! You said we would get me some..biscuits!" Billy cried and tugged on our mums arm "No, billy. I didn't get any bloody biscuits." Our mum said trying to keep calm. "Because we don't have any bloody money!" She yelled Me and Margaret walked up the stairs, not wanting to be involved in her yelling fit. — As night came I sat on my bed, and picked up my walkie-talkie. "Sorry Jade. I wasn't able to come over today because of chores." I said Into the speaker. "That's alright. There's always later." She spoke "Yeah. Anyways goodnight. I'll see you tomorrow." I said "Goodnight." She said. I sat my walkie-talkie down onto the end table and laid down. "Mums coming! You better quit messing with that and go brush your teeth!" I heard Margaret say as she passed the boys room. "All right." Johnny said. "Sounds like the whole city's burning down in here." My mum said as she walked up the stairs "Look what I have" my mum said, opening the tent. "Biscuits!" Billy yelled My mum chucked. "But you said we don't have any money." Billy stammered. "Well, I've been meaning to quit smoking anyway." My mom smiled as she placed the plate of biscuits down. "Margaret?" My mom yelled "Yes?" Margaret said back. "Have you got your school uniform for tomorrow?" my mom asked "Yes, mum. I'm getting it." Margaret said "Johnny, did you brush your teeth?" My mum asked "I did it already." Johnny yelled. "Julia, do you want me to do your hair in the morning?" My mum called to me "Uh..no I've got it!" I yelled "Okay. Come on, billy. Time for bed." My mum said "Coming, mum!" Billy stammered I laid on my side with my eyes closed as Margaret walked into the room. "Oh, where'd that come from?" Margaret asked. I turned over to see Janet playing with a board. "Camilla and I made it at school." Janet said. Margaret sighed. "That doesn't look right." "It really works, I swear." Janet said. I turned over onto my other side and rolled my eyes. "We already asked it all sorts of stuff. Come on I'll show you." A blanket was thrown onto my bed. "Really?" I turned over "Sorry." The both said. I turned back over and closed my eyes. "All right. What should I ask?" Margaret asked. "I don't know. Whatever you want." Janet said "Okay." Margaret said under her breath. "My sister and her want to know...are there any spirts here that want to communicate with us?" Margaret inquired. It didn't move. "Is dad ever coming home?" Janet questioned It didn't move. Not an inch. "Are there any spirts here who can answer my question?" Janet added "Don't worry about it. It's just a stupid game."Margaret remarked. "It isn't real."
