(Jaune POV)
My name is Jaune Arc, huntsman in training and leader of team jnpr. Life has been going great after I stood up to that jerk, Cardin Winchester, pyrrha has been training me, I've been getting better at my fighting skills, been making my team and friends proud, all of it. But one day, professor ozpin called me to tell me something, alone?
Jaune: what is it, professor ozpin?
Ozpin: Mr. Arc, you're wondering why I called you in here, right?
Jaune: yes.
Ozpin then shows jaune a pic of what he discovered, a white fang base at an abandoned warehouse
Ozpin: one of my subordinates found a white fang base at an abandoned warehouse in the outskirts of vale, I want you to go there alone.
Jaune was shocked when ozpin said "alone"
Jaune: ALONE, WHY!!!???
Ozpin: because they said the white fang found a new type of dust, I want you to go there and bring a sample back here. And besides, I've been noticing that Ms. Nikos has been training you and that you've been getting better at fighting, right?
Jaune: (sigh) that's true professor.
Ozpin: so, (takes a sip of his coffee) do you accept?
Jaune had to think about it for a second, but then answered.....
Jaune: yes. I accept.

We then see jaune finding his way to the Bases location, and hid behind sone crates to avoid getting spotted, he peeked and then sees a few white fang grunts moving some crates filled with dust that are glowing in a white, gold, and black color into the warehouse for some suspicious reason
Jaune: (whispers) that must be the new dust that they discovered, ok all I have to do is take a sample and I'm home free, let's do this thing.
He said as he continued to sneak his way into the warehouse, but what he didn't expect is that there were dozens of white fang members crowded together, like a rally was about to begin. Then a certain white fang lieutenant walked onto the stage to begin a speech
Jaune: this can't be good.
Then the lieutenant starts to speak
Lieutenant: brothers and sisters, in this hour of victory, our enemy will taste only defeat, and soon when they fight back, we will taste defeat as well. But that will change once we see what this new dust we discovered is capable of.
He said as he walked pass the crowd and was walking towards the crates
Jaune: oh no, he's coming this way. I gotta get that dust and get out of here.
He said as he opened one of the crates and managed to get a sample
Jaune: ha ha, got it.
???: that's a shame, I got one as well.
Jaune turns around slowly and sees the lieutenant with a devious and sinister glare and smile, the lieutenant then grabbed jaune and threw him into the crowd
Lieutenant: look what we have here, everyone. A human that slithered its way into our base. Let me guess, a huntsman in training I presume?
Jaune: yeah, who are you? The guy who works at the gym for turds?
Everyone gasped at that comment
Lieutenant: no, I'm a white fang lieutenant, and that dust shard you're holding is white fang property.
Jaune then looked at the shard and got an idea, one that could cost his life
Jaune: sorry ozpin.
He said as he dropped the shard, got his sword ready and was about to slash at it. But the lieutenant then realized what was happening and tried to stop him from destroying the shard, but it was too late. Jaune destroyed the shard and it glowed in a blinding light and when it died down, Jaune Arc was gone, along with the lieutenant.
