It got hard when you went up cuz the happiness failed to insert

I became blind and ventured to the wrong route
I went through and battled the casualties
I took in the words that could've lived on for centuries
But I stepped in the middle and broke apart the problems
Right on the ground I saw shards of glass with faded emblems
You could see the words that she said so vividly
Those memories from then to now flow ever so constantly

It makes tears fall from my own eyes
