big time jump it's now September 6th Chris and m/n have been dating for a month and 2 weeks the public doesn't know but there's rumors

*y/n's pov*

The last month and a half has been pretty busy

we ended up moving because the police suggested we got a new place so paparazzi couldn't bug us. but it's not in walking distance of the school so now I have to take a bus yayyy note the sarcasm

We had stayed with Chris until the house was ready. He had helped us move and pack everything up

Mum had gotten a case at work so she was gone a lot so me and Chris would take Hazel and Doger on walks together and go to the movies and what not

Oh and rumors started going around wondering who mum and I were again. They think they're dating which I mean is true but they don't need to know that

Also Mum, Chris, and I went school supply shopping 2 days ago so I had everything I needed

And now today was the day I've been dreading the first day of high school it was 6:40am and the bus comes at 7:30am and then school starts at 8:00am

The school didn't have uniforms so we got to choose whatever we wanted as long as it followed the dress code

I got up and went to my dresser grabbing some clothes to change into

It was a chiller day so I decided on wearing pants and a long sleeve

I walked out of my new room and made my way downstairs to the kitchen

When I got down there both Mum and Chris were up

Oh right Chris stayed over last night because he wanted to be there for my first day of school *eye roll*

Such a dad already

I had been getting texts from the groupchat saying 'have a good first day of grade 9' so I said thank you

I grabbed a bowl and put some cereal into it then poured some milk on it

"Your quiet" Chris said

He was leaning on the counter and mum was beside he leaning into his side

"Well it's like 6:55 of course I'm quiet if I got my way I'd be sleeping still" I yawn

They just laughed and continued to drink their coffee

Mum was all dressed up fancy so I assumed she had work today and as if on cue she started talking

"I have to go to work so Chris is going to make sure you get on the bus okay? I love you have a great first day of grade 9" she says pulling me into a hug and pressing a kiss to my forehead

She then walked over give Chris a quick kiss on the lips before grabbing her bags

"Chris make sure to get a picture of her for me"

"Well do"

Once I heard the door close I looked over at Chris

"You are not taking a picture of me"

"Of course I am you heard your mom" he said with an amused look

I sighed before getting up and placing my dish into the sink

"Fine just give me 10 minutes" I say walking back to my room

By the time I brushed my hair and teeth and did my skin care routine it was 7:25 I quickly ran downstairs and let him take a quick picture before I gave him a quick hug and put my shoes on

I ran to my bus stop that was at the end of the street and waited a couple minutes until the bus got there

And off to school I go....

I had texted Louis and planned on meeting up with him at the front of the school so as soon as I got off the bus I started looking for him

After a minute I found him and quickly walked to him

"Hey" I say scaring him

"Holy fuck...don't do that" he says With a hand over his heart

"Oh please your fine" I saying laughing as I bring him into a hug

"What classes do you have?" He asked taking out his schedule

"Uhhh Spanish, English, Maths, then computer studies" I say reading off the page
(A/n I don't know how to works everywhere else but in Canada we have 4 classes a semester and there's 2 semesters a year so imma just go with that)

"YES we have Spanish, Maths, and computer studies together" he says high fiving me

"Thank God I don't think I'd be able to get through maths without you" Iaugh

"Wait where's your locker? We should be close since we have the same homeroom?" He asks looking at my page

"1067...mines 1070" he smiles giving me another high five

"Okay come on we have 10
minutes till class and I have no idea where I'm going" I say dragging him through the crowds

We had made it to the first class and looked at the desks since they had names on them

Me and Louis were beside eachother near the back thankfully so we both sat down

"Grade 9 ugh I can't believe it" he whispered

"I know and it's so weird not having to wear a uniform...it took me so long to pick out an outfit" I say rubbing my forehead

"Yeah it's definitely weird but i feel more free" he says

I nod and look around the room

There were about 27 more desks around us and then a teachers desk

When we had 2 minutes until the bell a whole group of kids walked in a found their seats just as the teacher walked in

"Hola" she said smiling

"Hola" some of us responded

The bell rang and we stood up for the national anthem, then sitting back down for the announcements. the teacher introduced herself and them got us to say our names and one thing we like and don't like
