A Glenda witch laid out my cards
And pierced the misty veil
Her intuition's aiding me
To plot the course I'll sail
Some things she said, I could confirm
Some things I hope to soon
A sound belief in something more
Has granted me this boon
Our friendship deepened as we spoke
Acquaintances a while
Some words of mine she reads sometimes
Give her a chance to smile
The daughter of a famous face
She has a rock star look
When she lays a Celtic Cross
Her insights start to cook
The cards she sees ignite her sight
Give focus to her gift
Her practiced intuition sharp
The shades begin to lift
What's hidden from the conscious mind
Is often thus revealed
By trusting in the sight she's honed
She opens what's been sealed
The future is not set in stone
Though trends of flow can show
Directions that will lead us back
To find a path we know
From paths we laid out for this life
When we were in between
And then, we're just made to forget
When bursting on the scene
All have the power to do the same
But very few will see
Because the sacrifice is stiff
No good is ever free
