We see Izuku in the Common area drinking a Bottle of Juice as Eri comes down from her room and sits next to him
Eri: Papa can I have some juice

As he hands her some juice as Izuku looks at Eri

Eri: Why Papa
Izuku: Because Me and Mommy Izumi will be with a Pro Hero named Ryukyu because she is one of the First Heroes to support Me as the Rider and it's also to help so the Heroes see why I kill sinners

Eri: What did you do
Izuku: Well I asked if he repent of what he did, the man said yes so I took the part of his soul that committed the sin and took back the money
Eri: Really
Izuku: Yup and I also saved his sister
Eri: YOU SAVED HER
Izuku: I did, I gave the man a piece of the Angel power to heal her from her sickness and told the Man to touch his sister and she will be healed

Izuku: Well the Man took his sister home and after that, they both started a fundraiser for the Sick to give hope to Families Like I gave them when I saw the man could change
Eri: So by you saving the man's sister they started to save other Families
Izuku: Yes, that is what this Internships with Heroes is about, to show that some villains can change and some can not
