Nightmares. Nightmares swarmed your head with your biggest fear. You woke up sweating as tears clouded your vision. You wiped the tears to check the time. Damn, 2:40 am. You knew it was late but you couldn't deal with the emotion of thinking he was hurt, you had to see your best friend. You quietly left the G/P cabin and made your way to cabin 13. Many campers would avoid this cabin but it was your number one location. You quietly opened the door to find a sleeping Nico. You could tell that there was a tiny smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
What was Di Angelo dreaming of. Could it be you?
You tried to brush away thoose thoughts knowing it was only wishful thinking. His smile made your heart do 50 back flips. You made your way over to sit on Nico's bed, where he peacefully slept. You ran your hand through his messy black hair, you couldn't help but noticed that he smelled like Vanilla.
"Y/N?" Nico asked groggily followed by a yawn.
"H-hey Nico. I-im really sorry for intruding but I-." You cut yourself of by the vivid images of your nightmare. You couldn't help but burst down into tears.
"Y/N it's okay, everything's alright." Nico said as he wrapped you into a tight hug, rubbing your back to comfort you.
"Nightmare?" Nico asked.
"Y-yeah." You replied still shooken up.
"Tell me what happend in the nightmare." Nico asked with a concerned look plastered on his face.
"T-the person I l-love died!" You said as a single tear slid down your face.
"Who do you love?" Nico asked with a somewhat sad expression.
"It doesn't matter neeks." You reply back.
"Y/N! He said firmly staring straight into your E/C eyes. "Who do you love?" He asked again.
"Oh God's Diangelo it's you! I love you!"Nico grew a wide smile.
"Oh God's L/N!" Nico said.
"What?" You asked clearly confused on what he was about to say.
"I love you too L/N!" Nico said and then leaned in close amd kissed you. You immediately kissed back with no hesitation. His lips were warm and soft and fit perfectly onto yours. When you both finally came up for air Nico grabbed your hand.
"Y/N?" Nico asked.
"Yeah neeks?"
"Do you feel better now?" You laughed at his question.
"Sooo much better." You said. He pulled you closer to him and laid your head on his chest. You both drifted of to sleep, both dreaming about each other, this time no nightmares. But little did you know that confessing your feelings to Nico would only bring more nightmares in the future.
