It's all in you're head
Is what I recently read
Saying it's a syndrome not a disease
Tell that to the pain in my knees
Saying it's not a musculoskelital debility
But rather a nervous system inability
Tell that to my arm muscles that ache
I assure you that isn't fake
I wouldn't wish my aching pelvis on anyone, let alone me
If I think hard enough will my brain break free
I was told there isn't a cure
It sounds like their really unsure
To be all in you're head beggars belief
A life without pain would be a relief
