falling out

you've always been the main character

and I'm just the understudy

of your romance

usually I know the difference between sugar and salt,

but when I met you,

I suddenly forget everything I've learned.

i softly touch the bruises you've left on my heart

wondering how often you'll hit me again.

you had your cigarette, burnt.

your worries as well.

and what I suddenly learnt,

you were sent right of hell.

you

no longer needed.

me

no longer need.

but still we keep telling lies.

you still don't know it,

but every night before falling asleep,

I fear the morning.

i hate nothing more than waking up next to a

blank space filled with nothing but memories.

I don't know what I want

but you neither

which makes everything worse.

you must be addicted to gambling

'cause you play with my hair

you play from the start.

say, it doesn't matter

living apart.

but your lips keep close

and so does your heart.

every snowflake falling on my lips

reminds me of your cold words melting on my heart

every time I close my eyes

i See your image floating

a too well-known stranger

deciding to haunt me.
