I finally moved into my new apartment I gave my lease up on the house and moved it was too big anyway all I needed was a 3 bedroom one room for my daughter, me,hair appt

It's been about 3 months since I've even talked to my friends I distanced myself from everybody and just focused on me and my mini me she's been very active and I'm happy and can't wait to meet her I am now 8 months and bout ready to have her my moms been up here with me because of me maybe having her any day now

Mom:Sit down girl I haven't even finished the food yet

Me:Okay *laughs* have you talked to Yas to check on her

Mom:I tried she wasn't answering the phone I heard she skipped town and is back with her parents she finally told them how she felt and they listened to her im happy for her

Me:Well that's good im glad she's back with them how's her and Milo

Mom:She told me they are not together anymore and it was for the best he had dealings that she wanted no parts of that's how it had to be

Me:Oh...What are you cooking again??

Mom:Stuffed shrimp potatoes with loaded lobster tails and sirloin steak

Me:Okay I'll find us a movie to watch

She nodded and turned back to the food as I was looking for a movie there was a knock at the door I was confused because I don't talk to anyone around here

I got up wobbling to the door I opened it and smiled widely to see my bestfriend she came in and her and mom hugged tightly

Mom:Yas girl we missed you how you been

Yas:I've been good I've finally got into the nail buisness and I am now a nail tech im going to the same college as you and have my own apartment

Me:This building??

Yas:The building next to this one..it's really nice out here in Florida

Me:yes it is more opportunities

Yas:How is my goddaughter

Me:kicking my butt she won't keep still and always hungry actually you came just in time mom fixing something to eat and we're finna catch a movie

Yas:yea you gotta extra room I can put my stuff in

Me:Actually put your stuff in my room tmrw you can help me set up the baby room and my hair room

She nodded and plopped down on the couch next to kicking her feet up rubbing my belly I smiled and we finally found one True Story by Kevin hart

Yas:I heard this was good

Mom brought our plates and drinks I got one and got comfortable under the cover we were all sharing she cut the lights off

Later that night

I yawned when I heard loud knocks at my door I slipped on my slides and opened the door to see a fine dude he was brownskin with dimples he had freckles too

Me:Hey what you need??

Dude:I'm looking for my Apt I forgot the number of it mind helping me

Me:yea sure do you have it?

Dude:yea 325

I pointed down the hall from me and he smiled I smiled too

Dude:You're really pretty and thanks by the way

Me:Your welcome and thank you you're not too bad yourself

Dude:You on campus too

Me:yea but I'm on maternity leave

He nodded we conversated alittle more before he left I closed the door I found out his name was keith and it's his first year at college like me

Yas:who was that?

Me:A neighbor he got lost and was looking for his apt number whole time it was down the hallway he was nice looking

Yas:Ohhh he got a friend

Me:ion ask him allat and plus you and Milo just broke up

Yas:thats was so 2 months ago plus he got a new girlfriend and they look very happy plus he out the drug game now

Me:Oh that's good I guess I'm going to bed I'll see y'all in the morning

Them:Goodnight

I nodded and went to my room going to sleep
