Okie dokies. So, here is the form.
Oh some guidelines.
1. Don't make your character overpowered. one or two or three powers is fine, or powers that go together, just don't have a superman like character.
2. You may just make an extremely skilled human. (like Robin from teen titans or Young Justice)
3. Don't make an imitation of someone else's character. Look at the already filled out forms before hand.
5. Have fun with your character!
7. I recommend starting out with just one character and adding more in a little later. It's less confusing that way.
NO MORE FIRE RELATED POWERS. WE HAVE ENOUGH CHARACTERS WITH THAT ALREADY!
