____"No cause i really can't wait to go to college!!"
"Girl you and me both!" My friend exclaimed over the phone
"I'm really tryna decide what HBCU I want to go to" i sighed
"I think I'm going to Atlanta for college," Lei said
"I heard you get tired of Atlanta." I yawned
"Right, I just hope I don't. But where you at now?" Lei hummed
"I'm right down the street." I yawned again
As I crossed the street a car came flying straight at me before taking a full stop
My heart was beating fast
"Watch where the fuck you going" I yelled
"My fault" he said
"I hate niggas" I exclaimed
"What happened you ok?" Lei said over the phone
I shook my head
"Mfs come flying down the street ready to
Take me out." I mugged walking the rest of the way."Wha- Hold on my momma yelling my name" Lei mugged leaving the frame
Stopping at the store across from my house I saw the same car, I walked in and all eyes turned on me.
"Hey Ock" I said going to the back after receiving a head nod
Going to the back of the store I turned to see the same guy who damn near took my life.
I mugged him opening the freezer door.
"You pretty asl" he chuckled
"What's funny" I said still mugging
"Yo li mug" he licked his lips, pretty sure it wasn't on purpose.
"Mm" I mumbled grabbing a water and Cranberry Juice.
"Can I get yo number" he asked
"Why?" I said
"Cause I asked?" He said
"No you can't have her number" Lei said making me look down at the phone seeing her smacking on some grapes
I looked him over seeing he actually looked nice as hell.
"Yea" I said
"Bet." He nodded handing me his phone.
I put my number in and handed him back the phone.
"Satouri, that's a nice name" he nodded calling me i guess to make sure I gave him the right number
"Thank You" I swiped his call up. "What's yo name?" I asked
