Torahs POV
" Where were you?!! "
He shouted while strangling me. I just saw pure anger in his eyes.
" I cant... I cant breathe"
I just manged to get out
He threw me against the wall.
And dragged me into the boys bathroom. He pushed tried to push my head into the toilet but I used all that was in me to fight back.
I bit his hand and ran away I ran for my life I ran all the way out of school he wasnt behind me anymore but I still ran. I couldnt see my eyes were blurred with tears.
I ran all the way to my house.
I was safe... I think?
I took a bag and stuffed it with clothes and whatever I needed
Till I heard the front door open.
Me- Richard?
I put my back on my back and grabbed something from under my bed. I keep alot of things there for self defense.
It was a wooden stick.
I crept down stairs. Then something jumped on me I turned around and hit it.
They jumped me again this time the got me on the floor and they were on top of me.
Chresanto- Whose Richard Huh?
Me-Get off me!!
I struggled but I head butted him he rolled off me and ran away.
This time he chased me.
I ran all the way to a dead end and he was coming up behind me either I take the risk and try to run past him, I give up and get caught or I climb this wall.
I cant climb this wall Im too short!
Im only 5'1. I'll take the risk I threw my back over. I jumped and pulled myself up I was just about to go over till Chres caught my leg.
" come here you little hoe" he shouted.
I cried and cried. I kicked him in the face until he let go off my leg I dragged my body over and fell flat onto the ground. Aah shit I scratched up my leg. But I picked up my bag and ran as far as possible even though I had a really bad limp. I ran to somewhere I didnt know.
I was lost.
I walked to the nearest bus stop.
Well limped.
Craigs POV
I was out. I know im sick and all but Jacob and Ray took me out. We were making fun of people on the road.
Jacob- Hey look at the girl she looks like a hot mess
Something about her... I know who she is
Ray-Yeaahh shes looks disgusting but shes got a nice little figure there... aha wait. Thats... Thats KATORAH!
Me-Oh my gosh.
We all literally jumped out the car. She was on the floor bleeding and crying.
Me-Who did this to you?! TELL ME AND I'LL KILL THEM.
Torah- C..cc...chres.
I carried her into the car.
We took her to the hospital.
She was getting checked up while we were in the waiting room.
Jacob- How Can Chres Do this to her!
Ray- Just you wait till Nelly hears about this. Shes not gonna be very happy
Me- I swear im gonna kill him. Torah is not going back there. She doesnt deserve to be treated like this.
Ray- Where else can she go?
Jacob- Yeah her parents live in Detroit and her grandma lives in compton. Fron Atl to Detroit it takes about 10 hours or something and Compton like a whole day and a bit. We wont see hee again I know shes not safe here but I dont know what life is gonna be like with out her.
Craig- Youre right. Ray your closest with Chres she cant stay with you
Ray-Nope sorryy
Craig- Jake you live too close to Chres
Ray- What about you? You and Chres arent as close as we are with him and you live closer to me than to him its cool she can stay with you.
Me- Well Okk why not.
The doctor came back.
Dr.Brown- Well shes fine we've cleansed all her wounds and have had to put stitches on her forehead. Other than that shes fine.
Me- Thank The Lord
Dr.Brown-You can go see her now.
The other two ran off just as I was about to follow
Dr.Brown- Wait.
Me- Yes?
Dr.Brown- You seem like you care the most about her. I need to talk to you.
Me-About what
Dr.Brown-About Miss. Lawrence-Day
Me- Yeah go on...
Dr.Brown- while taking a scan. We saw this
He took something out of his folder.
It was a black and white picture
Me- Thats a baby?
Mr.Brown- Yes it is but im not very sure that Miss. Lawrence-Day knows she is pregnant.
Me- Is there anyway you can find out who the father is?
Dr.Brown-Im not supposed to do this but I can try.
I thanked him and went to join the others.
Katorah- Thank you guys.
Me- Heyy Tee we need to talk
Ray- Do you want us to leave?
Me- You can stay
Katorah- What is it?
Me- Do you feel different?
Katorah- Not really.
Me- Wait I know this is weird but when was the last time u had a period
Katorah- Like a few months ago I skipped for some reason
Me- Sometimes do you get mood swings
Katorah- No...

Jake checkes in her folder at the end of the bed.
It had pictures from her baby scan.

He showed her.
Her face lit up.
Katorah-Im gonna have a baby?
I nodded
Ray- And Im Going to be he or shes favourite uncle
Jacob-No I am
Ray- No I Am!
They got into an arguement me and Katorah laughed.
Chres is a lucky man. If only he realized.
