"YES, YOU SHOULD HAVE," they said as a knife was suddenly on Natasha's throat, "You should've known that we'd never let you get away with this."

"Reader," I breathed out, "How? You're right there," I looked at you, "You can't be here."

"Like you said, Niko," you smiled creepily, "We're everywhere. There's no escape."

"Niko?" Natasha's breath quickened as she spoke, "What's going on?"

"It's okay," I raised my hands, "It's okay. I won't let them hurt you."

"Oh, you're so wrong," You laughed.

"Please," I shook my head, "Please, don't do this."

"You should know, Niko," You smiled, "You should know that I'd never listen to you."

It didn't feel real after that.

I tried to stop you.

I could see Natasha mouthing 'It's okay' right before it happened.

But I didn't believe it.

It wasn't okay.

Next thing I knew, I was cradling her.

Her lifeless body.

I could still see the fresh blood pouring out of her neck.

"WAKE UP!" I screamed as I shook her, "WAKE UP, NAT!"

I brought my forehead to hers as I sobbed.

Wake up.
