bell rings, class is finally over.
you gather your books, walking to your locker.
closing the door, you see your crush leaning against the locker next to you.
you feel your heart beating.
"[their name], don't scare me like that." you say in a serious but happy voice.
"come on, you have to admit it was funny! should've seen the look on your face." they say.
you let out a sigh, leaving for your next class.
but they grab your wrist, you turn to look at them with a confused look.
"wait, [name]! i was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime ??" they say.
your eyes widen, feeling red.
they get nervous and look at the ground, letting go of your wrist.
"sorry, nevermind. you should get going." they say.
"no, it's alright! i can make some time, really." you respond, hoping they still wanna go with you.
they look back up, making eye contact. you never noticed how calming their eyes look.
"alright then, i'll see you at the movies .. maybe 3:45?" they say, trying to hide their excitement.
"yeah, that sounds good!" you smile, wanting to kiss them so bad, but you would be late to class..
