And did my hair and went back to my room and saw Ryland gone I went downstairs and ate. Then drove to school and saw Mia and Ryland arguing I went inside and went to Charlie and Dixie
"Don't we look fancy" Dixie said
"Oh thank you but this is my usual clothes I came from a Rich school in New York so I guess I've always dressed fancy" I said and they nodded and we went to class.
Ryland POV I woke up in Caroline's bed and she was gone I got up and went home and showered and washed up and got dressed

And ate some cereal and went to school. I went up to Mia to talk to her she try to kiss me but I back away
"What's wrong" she asked
"Mia I don't have feelings for you yesterday making out was a mistake" I said
"Wtf Ryland I actually gave you a chance again even know you killed your parents" she said
"I didn't kill my parents"I shouted and left and went to class and saw Caroline she looked saw pretty with her outfit and smile. I sat next to her and as soon as I did her smile dropped it made me sad
Caroline POV Ryland came in class and sat next to me making my smile drop then the teacher came in
"Today class we are doing a partner project on a book I will assign you your partner and your book" the teacher said And she stared listening off people
"Okay last partners will be Caroline and Ryland" the teacher said making Ryland smile we were already at a desk together we didn't move
"Looks like we're partners" Ryland said smiling
"Yep" I said nodding then the teacher came up to me
"So you guys will be doing a project on the outside" the teacher said and we nodded
"Have you read the book" I asked Ryland
"Yeah and seen the movie" he replied
"Okay so we could go to your place or mine after school"i said and he nodded
Skip to after school I was getting in my car when Ryland came up to me
"Hey I'm wanna come over to my place to work on the project" he said
"Yeah I will be there in a hour i just got to ran home" I said and he nodded and I went in my car and drove home and saw a note on the door before I opened it Note Hey sweetie me and your father are on a business trip for a week in Canada but we're gonna stay for the month for vacation hope that's okay we will miss you
