my name sounds like a museum of abandoned streets / like dirty laundry spilling out of plastic baskets / murmuring phrases consisting of excuses and memories / it sounds like something corroding but taking its time / so much like stars that died ages ago / and also like platinum that melts in unsaid goodbyes and unshed tears / for i have been named after history / that is too pure for someone like me / someone painted with shredded sins and happy lies / someone who doesn't deserve this name at all / so will this name leave me or will i learn to respond to it at last? will i get to live this name or will it die in my tainted heart? ~
