CHAPTER 19

A/n pov:

Pia who was listening all these things , she was feeling sorry for Harsh. She can't predict that how much Harsh went through

Sulakshna: from that day, his world completely changed

Pia: but  I still don't get it , why Ronit's own parents didn't done something for him?

Sulakshna: Actually Ronit was adopted by them when he was just 5 years old.  They just brought him to their home to take care of his own child. They didn't paid much attention to him but still Ronit obeyed them as his own parents and loved them very much.

Pia: oh
Sulakshna nodded

Pia: I can understand Ronit pain..

Sulakshna: meaning?

Pia: I am too adopted by Mittal family

Sulakshna:  woah I didn't knew that

Pia: I am thankful that I got family like them. I was around 11 years when they adopted me. I was really terrified at that time but when I came to know about them , they were humble and kind. It never felt like I'm living between strangers. They took care of me just like Sanjana Di

Sulakshna: I'm sorry for your loss

Pia: oh no plz maa , don't be sorry. I'm still happy that both my parents loves me. Thank you maa for loving me

Sulakshna hugged pia and pia hugged her back

Sulakshna: you are really kind and cute. I'm glad that you came in Harsh's life. I'm happy that you are my daughter in law..my whole family is lucky to have you

Time skips~

Pia was in the kitchen when suddenly she remembered that Harsh forgot to take his lunch

Pia: stupid me , how I am realising now? I have to go to the company
She quickly took the lunch and left the Mansion

At company:

She reached and went inside.when everyone saw her they greeted and Pia replied politely. She went towards the receptionist and ask to give the lunch to Harsh

Receptionist: I'm sorry ma'am but it will be better if you will give yourself

Pia: why so?

Another girl: boss was furious when he came here

Pia: so you all are scared?

Receptionist: yeah..

Pia: it's ok , I'll give him.

They both nodded and pia left that place

Receptionist: I know miss pia will handle him

Another girl: yeah hope so..

At 25th floor:

The lift opened and pia came outside and went towards his cabin. She was about to open when she heard a loud thud. She flinched for a second but after taking a long breath she entered.

Harsh: I told you all not to disturb me-

Pia: it's me , Pia...

Harsh calmed down himself and asked

Harsh: pia...why are you here?

Pia: y-you forgot to take the lunch

Harsh: oh, thank you

He just simply stated and again start doing his work

Pia sighed and left the cabin

Time skips~
At zero o clock:

Pia was waiting for Harsh but he didn't came.

Pia: why he is taking so much time?
26 minutes later

Pia was asleep when she heard the opening of door knob. She opened her eyes to see Harsh came inside

Pia: oh you came-

Harsh ignored her and went straight towards washroom. Pia felt a pang in her heart but she brushed it off.

Time skips~
After one week:

These seven days are not peaceful for pia as Harsh was completely ignoring her. He barely stays at home and doesn't talk to anyone. These things making pia sad and hurt . She was even skipping her meals as a result she was getting pale and weak.

At night:

Pia was feeling Sick as her head was paining like hell

Pia: I think I should take the tablet
She took the tablets and went to sleep

After 40 minutes:

Harsh came inside to see pia was sleeping while her back was facing him.  He sighed and went towards the washroom. After some time , he came out while ruffling his hair. he slips  inside the sheet when he touched something hot.

Harsh: no way

He quickly checked pia and got shocked

She was burning with fever
