You know I don't need you
But you know that I want you.I want you pushing me around
On a fold out princess couch.I want you plaiting my hair
After another family fight.I want you giving me the best cuddle
Before my bombarded birthday dinner.I want you blowing into taps as if it's a flute
Ignoring our grandmother's stare.I want you giving me a goofy joke
After a crappy day.I want you
I don't need you
But how did we get this lost
Along the way?(Art credit: by drakonarinka, https://www.deviantart.com/drakonarinka/art/Jack-342008920)
