On a day like today in unison as it were, cold and windy- ice awaits,
Ice sculptures are everywhere chiselling through.
From a block of ice to a work of create.
A rook stands tall in line with the castle.
My hand glides gently- its ever so new,
Like skin to the hand -like hand to the glove.
A mermaid, seahorse. big ben, king kong and the globe too,
Are all only just only a few. .
For I attentively observe them all
A shoe I wonder could I do?.
And there we have it ice blocks too,
Just like a single brick can give us a clue.
A story awaits romantic as it is,
I see a white flower as beautiful as can be.
These blocks of ice are no mystery....
They are quite truly ice sculptures work of art.
