Chris and Street Lovestory Chapter 4

< The scene starts with the sound of a heartmachine and 2 people holding hands>

Doctor: Mr Street, wake up, goodmorning! Are you oke? Can i get you anything?

<Street wakes up and is kinda sleepy still>

Street: Hey Goodmorning doctor, euhm what time is it? 

Doctor: It's 10 am Sir, can i get you something?

Street: No thanks Doc, not really hungry right now.

< he sees his mom intubated and attacht to machines>

Street: Hey Doc, can i ask you something? Did the test results came in?

Doctor: Yeah they did but it's not good.. there are signs of infection and her body is rejecting the transplant..

Street: Ok thanks doctor..

< He talks to his mom and the only thing you hear is the heartmachine and the ventilator>

Street: Mom? Can you hear me? Can you squeez my hand? I just want to say i know our relationship wasn't that good but i love you and don't give up ok?

< He grabs his cellphone and sees all his missed calls from the team and Chris>

< Suddenly his moms heart flatlines and the doctor come running in>

Doctor: Mr. Street, you need to leave the room now!

Street: No! no no no mom!!

< A doctor takes him out of the room and tries to calm him down>

Doctor: Mr. Street, please stay here, we going to try everything we can ok?

< He's totally in shock and start to cry, he calls hicks to update him about his mom>

Street: Hicks? Hey it's me Street. I just wanted to give you a quick update about my mom. She is really sick and not doing ok. Something about infections and her body rejecting the transplant. I was with her and she flatlined right before my eyes..

Hicks: OMG Street this is terrible. Is there something i can do? 

Street: I guess not.. we have to wait and see i guess..

Hicks: I'll inform the team and you keep me posted and updated ok? < meanwhile Street sees doctors running in and out of the room>

< A doctor comes up to him and asks Street to sit down>

Doctor: Mr. Street, I don't know how to say this and we tried everything we could but your moms body was to weak and there was nothing more we could do.. i'm so sorry for your loss..

Street: No! No No, this can't be happening, this is  not real...

Doctor: Is there anything i can do for you?

Street: Can i see her?

Doctor: Ofcourse, come with me.

< Street sees his mom in the bed, almost like she is sleeping>

Street: Why mom? why?

<Meanwhile in Germany Luca got the news from Hicks about Streets mom and goes to talk to Chris about it>

Luca: Hey Chris, Do you have a minute? I need to tell you something.

Chris: Yeah ofcourse, what's up?

Luca: Hicks tried to call you a couple of times but he couldn't get trough, it's about Karen, she is not doing ok..

< They don't know yet that she passed away>

Chris: Wait? What? How do you mean not doing ok?

Luca: I don't have all the details but something about infection and her body rejecting the transplant?

Chris: Where is Street? How is he?

Luca: I don't know, let me try to call Hicks..

<Walks out of the room>

<Chris calls Street, and when he picks up, she sees him crying>

Chris: Babe, What going on? What happend?

<Street cries>

Street: She passed away...

Chris: Who did?

Street: My mom..

Chris: I'm so sorry baby, i wish i was there.. i'm so so sorry..

Street: I want you here..

Chris: I know you do.. I love you..

Street: I love you 2..
