THEY were the best. They had the highest averages, the richest families, the best extracurriculars, or some combination of the three. Their first year at Hawkwood University, one of the most prestigious and exclusive private art colleges in the country was going as planned.
Some, though few and far between, had heard of The Divide before attending. The organization is discreet; only its members are privy to the selection process. Each year, a select few are selected and further whittled down.
