Obito POV
I'm walking home from a long day at work I'm just happy to be going back to my family I get to my house and open the door to be greeted by a kiss on the cheek from rin
Rin: welcome back honey
Obito: it's good to see you again to my love
I return the cheek kiss back I start to look around for my son but I don't see him anywhere
Obito: where is kai at?
Rin: he's still at school he stayed after so he can get some extra training in
Obito: stayed after again aye that boy is pushing himself to much
Rin: well he wants to be strong like his dad or in his words "I want to catch up to my old man"
Obito: I'm not that old I'm only thirty five
Rin giggles a bit
Rin: you say that but you act like your in your twenties energetic and adventurous I still remember when you found out I was pregnant with kai you couldn't stop crying
Obito: well it was a special moment and speaking of pregnancy how is the little girl in here
I say and put my hand on rin's stomach to feel a little baby moving around in there
Rin: well the doctors say she'll be born next week
Obito: I'm glad and are you sure it doesn't hurt she is moving around a lot in there
Rin: obito you asked me the same thing when I was pregnant with kai I'm assure you obito it doesn't hurt
We hear the door open and we see a tired looking kai walk in
Kai: hi mom hi dad
Rin: welcome home kai
Without a word I walk over to kai and pick him up
Kai: h- hey put me down old man
Obito: I will I will I just got to get you to your room first
Kai: h- huh I'm not a baby anymore dad I'm ten years old you don't need to pick me up like this anymore
Obito: you say that but you'll always be my little boy
Kai: w- whatever old man
I get to kai's room and I put him down on his bed I also tuck him in and he quickly falls asleep I go back downstairs to rin
Rin: you really do treat that boy like a baby you know that
Obito: like I said he may be getting older but he will always be my little boy
Rin holds my hand and puts her hand on my shoulder
Rin: your a good father obito
Obito: your a good mother rin
I put my hands on her waist and pull her closer to me we both lean in and kiss each other
