Bondita to fight the case of molestation

Mr sharma takes Alia into his room and locks it from inside.....
He makes Alia lye on the bed and holds her arms tightly so that she cant get up.... Alia cried and screamed out loud help! Help!
Mr sharma: oh come on Alia , kya tumhe sach mein lagta hai ki koi mere kamre mein tumhari help karne aayega!
Alia cries and tries to get him off her.... 
On the otherside,
Alia's principle: Mr vikram, yeh kuch documents hai jo mujhe mr sharma ko dene thhe but mei dena bhul gaya tum ghar jaa hi rhe ho toh plz yeh hostel mein Mr sharma ko handover kardena...
Vikram: ok sir..
Vikram goes to the hostel.... he knocks at Mr sharma's door but there was no response... suddenly he hears Alia screaming...
Vikram: yeh toh Alia......
He kicks on the door and the door opens he sees that mr sharma was molesting Alia he runs to him takes him off from Alia and beats him Alot. Alia was in trauma and badly scared.... vikram calls the police , he sees Alia and cover her with his jacket....after sometime the police comes and takes mr sharma with them, Vikram tries to talk with Alia but Alia was in trauma.... he takes her to his car , makes her sit inn and drops her home....
Vikram and Alia stand on the doorstep...he presses the doorbell and Ravina opens the door she was terrified to see Alia's condition.....
Ravina: Alia!!!!!!
Bondita and vijay come out of their rooms and were surprised to see Alia....
Vikram and Ravina help Alia enter the house.... Ravina asks Alia that what happened to her but she doesnt ans...
Vikram: woh aunty......
He explains the incident.... Ravina was shocked and falls on the sofa.... Bondita had tears in her eyes and she hugs Alia tightly..... vijay was really angry....
Vikram: Bondita, Alia abhi trauma mein hai usse room mein le jao....
Bondita: haan....
Bondita takes Alia to her room....
In Alia's room,
Bondita makes Alia sit on her bed....
She sees that Alia was having a wound on her arms , bondita immediately brings the first aid kit....
Bondita: Alia.... tu.... tujhe dard ho rha hai na... yeh sab kesei?
Alia looks at bondita , makes a crying face ,hugs her and starts to cry loud...
Alia: bonditaaaaa.....
Bondita had tears in hee eyes and she tries to consol her.....
She helps her to change clothes and then makes Alia sleep... and goes in the living room....
Vikram: bondita, alia kesi hai?
Bondita: woh abhi so rhi hai....
Suddenly vikram's phone rings...
Vikram: kya?!
He cuts the call...
Vikram: how is it possible?! Uss sharma ne bail le li hai aur ab woh jail se bahar hai!
Ravina: kya?!
Vikram: i am sorry aunty agar mei wahan pehle pohoch jata toh...
Vijay: aisi baat nhi hai beta , tumne toh hummari beti hi nhi hummari izzat bhi bachayi hai.... iska shukriya aada keise karun mei.....
Vikram: plz aisa mat kahiye uncle....
Bondita: chahe jo bhi ho par mei Mr sharma ko saza dila kar hi rahungi , agar mei ek lawyar hoke hi apni behen ko insaaf nhi dila sakti toh mera lawyar honne ka koi matlab nhi!
Vikram: tum sahi keh rhi ho Bondita , lekin Mr sharma boht bade producer hai unke khilaaf ladna asaan nhi hai...
Bondita: asaan toh koi cheez nhi hoti mehnat karke uss mushkil se mushkil cheez ko asaan banana padta hai!
Ravina: nhi bondita! Tu aisa kuch nhi karegi!
Bondita: par kyun maa?!
Ravina: teri behen ki izzat abhi bachi hue hai agar hum court tak gaye toh nahi humme insaaf milega aur meri beti ki badnaam ho jaegi woh alag!
Bondita: thik hai aaj mei chup rehti hunn par kyaa aap Alia ke soul ko chup kara paengi?! Kya uska dukh uski burri yadein mita paengi?! Samaaj  ko bolne ke liye toh kya hai, kya unn samaaj waalon ki betiyon ke saath aisa kuch hua hai jo aapki beti ke saath hua hai?! Nhi maA! Mere yaa baba ke khaatir nhi toh Alia ke khaatir...
Ravina agrees.....
Vikram: thik hai mei ab chalta hunn , aur bondita agar court case ke liye kabhi bhi meri help lage toh batana....
Vikram leaves from there....  Ravina and vijay sit tensed there....
Bondita goes to the durga temple of their house .
Bondita: kyun?! Kyun dugga maa?! Kyun honne diya aapne yeh?! Kya kiya tha Alia ne jo usse itni badi sazza mili dugga maa..... aap kyu jawaab dengi mera aise toh pehle bhi boht ladkiyon ke saath hua agar tab jawaab nhi diya toh ab jawaab kyun dengi aap!!!!!!
Bondita takes the joyti and keeps it on her palm..
Bondita: aaj mei Bondita yeh kasam khati hunn ki mei Alia ko justice dila kar hi rahungi! Chahe mujhe uske liye kuch bhi karna pade mei karungi par jab tak alia ko justice nhi diladeti tab tak mei chup nhi baithungi!
After 1 week,
Anirudh: yeh bondita ek hafte se college kyun nhi aa rhi? Kahin uske saath kuch... mujhe uske ghar jaana hoga.......
After college Anirudh sees that bondita was standing out of the court room... he was curious and goes to bondita....
Anirudh: bondita...
Bondita: Anirudh.
Anirudh: tum yahan kya kar rhi ho?!
Bondita had tears in her eyes....
Anirudh: aur tum ro rhi ho? Kya hua bondita?!
Bondita: woh anirudh....
She explains anirudh everything that what actually happened with Alia...
Anirudh: aise darindo ko toh saza milni hi chahiye!
Bondita: pata hai... lekin apsos iss baat ka hai ki mei kuch nhi kar paa rhi , mei abhi sheher ke best lawyar ke paas gayi thi unse assistance maangne ke liye par unhone mujhe case ladne se sirf isliye mana kar diya kyunki mujhe abhi tak degree nhi mili hai.... jabki unhe ache se pata hai ki final exams ab durr nhi hai... law ki padhayi toh purri hogayi hai na meri toh phir mei kyun yeh case nhi ladd sakti!
Anirudh: tum case nhi ladd sakti par agar tum main lawyer ki assistant lawyer ban jao toh.....
Bondita: yeh kya bol rhe hai tum anirudh!
Anirudh: tum waisa kar sakti ho mei batata hunn keise!
