So in the pogchat, myself rping as Wilbur, I had a headcannon that im usin in that chat that while any spare time Wil has, he will sometimes make potions that might be able to do certain things.
But while he was working on more potions, something went wrong and one backfired on him with a total new effect, giving him a neon tint-like glow, but also scarring his face badly. So he made a dream mask that covers it up, therefore making him "Neon Dream"
He's still trying to learn more about this so he can soon make a potion and reverse it. But for now, he remains as a really strong and powerful, Neon Dream
