[COMPLETED] What it takes (facemakerxreader)

CHAPTER 1

Your alarm wakes you up and you groan and get up and turn it off you go over to your closet
"This one says hi, I'm y/n. And this one says I'm not in the mood. Yep definitely this one." You say to yourself and your bracelet beeps
"Time for breakfast missy and y/n" your dad says
"I'll be there soon." You say and get dressed and you and missy get out of your rooms at the same time and look at each other "leave me alone huh?"
"I'm not in the mood huh?" You both shrug at the same time and walk to the kitchen
"Morning kiddos." Your dad says "you to sleep ok?"
"Did you?" You and missy say in unison
"I see you to are wearing "leave me alone" and "I'm not in the mood" you know, I want you two to try to make some friends."
"Yeah not today." Missy says
"Yeah I agree with missy." You say
"Woah." You and missy say in unison
"Is that miracle guy?" Missy asked and your dad turns the tv off
"That is just a training exercise, probably. A... a 'what if.'"
"As long as there's no 'what if' that involves you rejoining the team." Missy says while you're just eating your cereal
"Relax. Even though I'm still the leader of the heroics, I'm doing it from the safety of my own office."
"Good. Because a deal is a deal."

"See you later, dad." You and missy say in unison.
"Mm-hmm. Be good you two." He says
"Hey what's wrong?" missy asked
"Nothing. I'm just uh I love you both."
"Am "I love you" at 8:00 a.m. on a random Tuesday?" You asked
"Are you sure your okay?" Missy asked him to and he nods
"I love you, too" you and missy say in unison and blow a kiss to your dad and he did the same and you and missy run into the school.

"I'm trying" missy says
"Can't you two just fly up there or something?" Another one asked
"We can't fly." You both say in unison
"Use your magnet hands."
"I mean I have the same power as my dad but still that wouldn't work on a ball stupid." You say
"And I don't have magnet hands." Missy says
"Hurry I'm getting tired"
"How about hurricane breath?"
"Hurricane breath that's not even a thing." You and missy say in unison
"Wait"
"Woah" missy says as the girl lets her down
"What's up? Did they get it?" A boy asked
"They tried but she doesn't have powers." The girl pointed at missy
"She does but it couldn't help get the ball." She points to you
"But you're-."
"Marcus Moreno's kid. I know it's weird."
"Y'all are annoying'oh don't you have powers' blah blah blah blah blah like shut up" Than the ball falls
"Not us, gravity." You both say
"Thanks for the ball."
"You're welcome." Missy says
"Missy don't mind them their idiots if they can't see your a great person and a great sister you don't need powers for that." You say and hug her
"Missy and y/n Moreno?" A lady asked
"Yes?" You both say confused
"You'll need to come with us." The lady said pulling out a badge

~Time Skip~

"So I'm miss Granada, director of the heroics program. You'll be staying in our underground stronghold where the children of superheroes are kept safe while their parents fight enemy forces. We can't afford to have even one of you fall into enemy hands. This way"
"Do we really have to go in?" You both asked
"I won't fit it, I just don't belong." Missy says
"I just don't wanna go." You say
"I mean, I'm different from all of them. Besides, our dad doesn't fight anymore. And after my mom died, he promised that-."
"Yes, well, you know what they say about promises?" Granada says
"That You should always keep them or you're a big fat liar who can never be trusted again?" You both asked in unison
"Are you two going to be a problem, missy and y/n?"You both shake your heads "shall we" and they open the door and you see other kids doing their homework and you both walk in the room with Granada behind you "everyone... this is missy and y/n. They will be joining you today. Missy, I'd appreciate it if you would relate a seat right there she points by fast forward and y/n over there she points by facemaker so you go over there "and quietly continue your studies almost with the other children. Children... thank you for respecting my rules. Your parents will be very proud when I tell them of your exceptional behaviour. Well done." She chuckles softly and walks out of the room.
"She's gone." You hear one of them say and then they all cheer and use their powers and you go over to where your sister missy was sitting.
"It's crazy in here." You say
"Yeah it is" she says back to you
